Welcome to the West County Wastewater District Web Site

Black-necked Stilts are frequent visitors at the West County Wastewater District treatment plant, which is essential to the fight against water pollution. The birds use District ponds as a migration refuge.
This site allows our customers to get answers to commonly asked questions and learn more about the District 24-hours per day. Customers are always welcome to speak with a District representative during our normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 5 PM at

The District provides sewage collection, treatment and disposal services for the City of San Pablo, all of the northern subdivisions of Richmond, portions of the City of Pinole, communities of El Sobrante, East Richmond Heights, Tara Hills, Rollingwood and Bayview, and
portions of the unincorporated County.
