The meetings of the Board of Directors and the standing committees of the District are open to the public and are held at the District Administration Office located at 2910 Hilltop Drive, Richmond, CA 94806. A portion of the meeting is always set aside for Public Comment. The public is invited to attend.

• Regular Board meetings are scheduled and conducted on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 8:00 a.m. Special meetings are held as needed.
