West County Wastewater commends the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on July 26, 1990, and urges the community to bolster efforts toward inclusion and the elimination of discrimination.

WCW is dedicated to reducing obstacles and ensuring full access for people with disabilities to housing, employment, public programs and services, and all other aspects of society. While the ADA has expanded opportunities by providing a comprehensive national mandate, our society must continue efforts to reach complete ADA compliance.

At WCW, we celebrate the value of individuals with disabilities and recognize the contributions they bring to our team, including innovation, leadership, teamwork, commitment, and efficiency. As we celebrate the signing of the act and the advancements made, WCW encourages the community to continue making strides toward full equity and civil rights.
