In recognition of Memorial Day, West County Wastewater (WCW) acknowledges all who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend our freedoms.

Originally known as Decoration Day, Memorial Day originated in the years after the Civil War and became an official nationwide holiday in 1971. The annual day provides our country the opportunity to honor those who died while serving in the U.S. military. WCW encourages the community to join us in recognizing those who guarded our safety and independence, as well as the families affected by the sacrifice they made.
